This past weekend my daughter colored Easter Eggs. My Mother-in-law boiled the eggs. They looked fine on the outside. On Easter Sunday morning my daughter wanted a snack before church so she peeled one of her Easter Eggs. There was dye on the eggs. Then she took a bite and the yolk had a green ring around it. Gross! It was way over-cooked. Since I wasn't there when the eggs were boiled I couldn't give my Mother-in-Law this instruction manual, but I really wish I would have. I have made these eggs very recently and followed the instructions to the letter. The pictures inside really helped! The eggs turned out exactly like the picture on the cover.
